Report Options
Forecasts are available for defined industry segments or custom sets within North America.
Industry segments include market, market class or scale, submarket, and submarket class or scale.
Custom sets are any selection of at least four hotels that meet STR/CoStar’s Trend Report guidelines.
Methodology
The HotelScape Forecast uses proprietary models that take into account the macroeconomic climate, the historical performance of the selected group of hotels (using data from STR/CoStar), and anticipated future fluctuations to relevant hotel supply. The consultants at Larkspur Hospitality Consulting, LLC use these data points along with their 40+ years of combined forecasting experience to produce the results contained within this document. We have not visited the market nor have collected primary data in terms of interviews with market participants. Forecasts do not take into account any extraordinary events or market anomalies.

For pre-defined STR industry segments (market/submarket):

For STR comp-set forecasts (with historical data supplied by client):

Your HotelScape forecast report will be delivered in a PDF format to the email address provided in the order form. Upon request, the data tables and charts can be provided in an Excel workbook.
